It's called "Revivanail" and it is amazing, not cheap but absolutley one of the best beauty products I've ever used. I used to buy from a salon in Bristol but you can buy it online now. It's a system where you put one coat on each day for a week (I think) then remove and start again. My nails never broke again unless I fell over and landed on my hand for example. I'd definitly give it a try, our group of friends at school all used it and it worked for all of us!

It is miserable weather, not surprised people are coming down with colds :(

Nici, your job sounds nuts! Hope you have a couple of days to chill out and enjoy a slower pace now.

Thanks. Got 2 days off and plan to do as little as possible even though the house is a tip! ha! Job isn't always like that, just sometimes everything happens at once.

PF - I'd definitely recommend Sally Hansen, especially as it is very reasonably priced. Hard as Nails is the one I have used.

Char, check that you're eating the right things too - it might be a sign of some sort of deficiency in your diet.

Another vouch for Sally Hansen here (and a good, balanced diet!)

    Feeling a bit rough,
my stomach isn't very happy today and causing much pain :(
Going to go for a very short walk soon just to get some air.

Best friend keeps texting me Flake/Benefit codes and I've just won my third lippie :)

My nails were rubbish and I used the Avon strong results and that seems to have worked quite well for me. I would like to grow long nails so might just have to hunt out some of the Revivanail Vicki mentioned.
Daisy - I have eaten three flakes since last Friday in hope of a lippy  - perhaps I should have just bought myself a lippy and saved on the calories :o
