Afternoon, all!
Well, I'm an utter disgrace today, I didn't bother getting dressed until an hour ago and I've been up since 6am, too. I must clean up my act.
Mariel, great news about the coats, bad news about the eye.
Today's outfit:
Pale blue maxi dress with chintzy rose print (Courtesy of my lovely friend, Helga)
Bleached out denim waistcoat (Had for years)
Silver coloured doves of peace choker (Miss Selfridge 50p 4 years ago)
Silver tribal hoop earrings, silver bangles and rings (India)
Feet - bare
Hair - messy
Shall attempt to put some footwear on to visit the hospital later.

I've just had these shoes delivered from ebay
You probably think they're a bit boring but I'm over the moon with them - I'm seriously lacking in shoes.
I'm another who doesn't like Lush - can't stand the smell when walking past.
Hugs to everyone who needs them and fingers crossed for your daughter Mariel.0 -
I love lush but only the bath bombs and bubble bars. The rest I get from places like the body shop. Just popped into town and picked up some magazines. With grazia this week you can get a free eye gel/cream that is organic from boots that is worth £7.99, magazine is £1.95.

Hi girls!
Hoping all those with worries great and small at the mo have a peaceful and healing day. I don't think today's grey skies are exactly uplifting either.
Haven't achieved very much though so far today. Rather too much f*rting round and not enough action today methinks!
The new nude wedges are proving really versatile. Put them with a bronze linen pencil skirt and tucked in orange top yesterday and even managed to pull it in at the waist with the wide skirt belt. (been a good girl on my diet, y'see!!)
Today put them with jeggings and my Peacocks cream and navy stripy stretchy dress with big red flowers on. It's a Happy Dress! IYKWIM
Excuse the temporary avatar, it's to put them straight on the Toiletries thread who have been visualising me as a cross between Baby Jane (Bette Davies, if you don't know, don't ask!!) / a Stepford wife (Lost, where are you??!!) and a rather intense-looking mature Jane Fonda. Thinking maybe I need to change my prose-style!0
