I would certainly dress as you, but if they were all dressed in suits then I'd not go for a bodycon dress lol!
I would think nude skirt black tights is acceptable. I would if that helps!
I hope it goes well for you. If you see the Oasis section can you have a look at the maxi dress I like it's got sleeves and a the print had women hiding in flowers. If you happen upon it, can you tell me if it's lovely in real life!

I sure will have a look! I can use boyfriends iphone for a sneaky picture too as that might help. If I can't see it in hof, i'll pop into oasis for you. x

    Hi all :)

I have been lurking but not able to keep up with all the chat lately but here I am!!! Life has been hectic lately, I've been trying to do lots of exercise and eat better, I so need to lose that 1.5 stone I keep talking about. I've also been charity shopping for the Olympics!!!!! :) I am trying to turn my house into a shabby chic haven, much to OH's bemusement lol.

teabythesea, good luck with the new job, you will look lovely I am sure :) p.s. I love nude skirts with black tights!

I bought what I thought were nice linen trousers from Oxfam online last year - they're cream with a gold pinstripe and looked lovely in the picture. Unfortunately in real life they look like pyjama bottoms :D

I got some from the charity shop last year too, cotton not linen, white with a blue pin stripe, which looked nice and relaxed and summery and I think they look just like PJ's on too. Each time I've gone away, I've got them out and tried them on again, thought the same and then put them to one side. There are no pockets on the bum and I don't think that helps. Really must ebay them for some other poor unsuspecting person:o Thanks, you've definitely made-up my mind to get rid!

Good morning ladies! I am so rubbish at trying to keep up, so in summery:

    - Vicki, I really like the idea of a little sewing machine! But I to was rubbish at textiles at school, I lost count of the amount of needle I broke! I think the teacher hated me!
    - Daisy, I think a little sewing machine whilst your in hospital is a fab idea!
    - Pirate fairy, hope you had a fund day out with your guides!
    - All yummy mummies, I am sure you are doing an amazing job raising your little uns, I know I couldn't do it!
    - Teabythesea, nude skirt and black tights sounds fab :)

Now, I have been naughty and been shopping and spent alot by my standards! I need the influence of all you MSE to put me back on the right track!(Where is Goan when you need her lol!)

I ventured into TK Maxx on Sunday, and made the mistake of trying on lots of stuff, then liking the said stuff, so buying them! They are all things I will wear alot, but I still feel guilty about spending so much! I got

Nude playsuit with anchor and star print all over, £17
Little white dress with rabbit print, £15
Striped cardigan with stud detailing, £17
    Steve Madden shoe boots, £35

I can't remember the last time I spent so much of clothes! So I am now on a self imposed shopping ban, help me not go off the rails!

    I've been Money Tipped!
todays clothing post: holey gold footless tights. I really should think about replacing these with something soon.

    Nude long tshirt.

    Thats it.

Been doing wii fit (just a little obcessed with my new toy, but despite having plugged away all morning only actually got 30 mins of exercise done, because it takes a while to switch between stuff).

I should o and get some new dog food and milk, but I have enough for today so we might all have a late breakfast tomorrow instead.

If I do go ut I think I'll wear a black maxi.............

    Afternoon all!
Last night I got another bag of free clothes :D There are some really nice things. But one I just can't work out. I'll post a pictures later as it's got a lovely picture on but I just can't fathom how to get in to it!
Some of the things aren't very me but I have permission to ebay as they just want rid.

Work was quiet last night but i'm still feeling it today so currently wearing:
    Jogging bottoms - £12 tkmaxx
Paris postcard long white vest - £10 topshop sale
Long black boyfriend cardi - £3 primark.
Will be swapping the jogging bottoms for leggings when I see the boyfriend later.

Tea - good luck with the interview, nude skirt and black tights sounds fine to me.
Moonbabe - I'd love to see the shoe boots, been after the perfect pair for ages
Daisy - have you seen the teeny tiny sewing machines in Home Bargains and places? I think they're only about £15, not sure how good they are but I imagine they'd be perfect to take to hospital for odd crafty jobs.

And your card from me sits shamefully in my handbag. At least it will spread the birthday stuff a bit. ;) I don't feel as guilty as I was early with the other thing ;)
