Hi everyone,
Outfit today:
Long hot pink V neck tee-shirt, Tesco, can't remember how much it's ancient.
Dark indigo boot cut jeans, Tesco £8
Bronze strappy sandals, New Look, £22
I've just been into town and bought myself some more summery shoes - call me unfashionable but I HATE all the gladiator style things that are around at the minute. I have quite wide feet and I don't like to show them off too much, and anyway I can't be doing with all the straps!
So I got these from New Look, they are doing 20% off for students today so they were only £12.80. I thought they were a nice option instead of sandals that don't show off too much foot!
But I have a dilemma - I tried this dress on in DP's and I kinda liked it lovely fabric, felt nice and cool and it looked ok on (forgot to take a photo or I'd have posted one for all you fashion guru's to comment on!)
I know they have 20% off online at the mo, but is it just me being deluded from the sunshine, what do you guys think of it? How would you wear it other that just on it's own? Is it worth it for ...calculates... £28?
Should I get it? Place your votes now...

Phew, I'm exhausted. Been back for the new term of swimming lessons this morning then out in the garden sowing and repotting, took ages but eveything's going to be much happier now.
Only I had to stop as I've run out of pots. I think we're going to put things in the ground next week so that should free up some.
I like that dress Silaqui but think it's a bit expensive for what it is especially as I can't picture being able to wear it layered in Autumn/Winter so only wearable for a very short time. Primark or New look might have something similar cheaper, but if you love it then go for it.0 -
Love the shoes Sil! The girls will be better placed to comment on the dress, it looks very versatile to me !
Had a mid-afternoon slump after this mornings efforts, although good progress made this week, so pleased! About to rouse myself for Round 2, shortly!!
Aww, DD just came home with this.......the image of our little cat! (Too expensive though!)

ETA That dress..............you'd certainly be wearing it from now to the end of Sept, so that's a good 5 months. Think it depends how much stuff you have and how much wear you get from individual items. I don't like having too much stuff, and don't buy a lot , so don't mind spending a bit when I find something I like as I know I'm going to get plenty of wears from things I do purchase.0 -
Afternoon all
Cute vest - Bronnie
Sil - like the dress, can't comment on price due to my little shopping trip yesterday, all I will say is it ran into 3 figures;) and I had a fab time, currently sitting in DP maxi floral skirt and DP coral vest £28 for the two thanks to the 20% off and George gladiator sandals I got last week my haul also included:
1 short sleeved tshirt Hollister
1 round neck 3/4 sleeve top Hollister
Primark - 2 pair of linens, floral skirt, pink tights and pink flowery tights
Principles denim coloured linen trousers with tags on in CS
Fat face denim skirt in CS
Hollister perfume - the shop so reminded me of being in Florida I did want to stay there and never leave now feel homesick:( (although I'm not from Florida - think I must have lived there in a previous life as I feel so comfortable there):D0
