    Yep, that sounds right up my street! Will have to pay a visit to Tesco tomorrow, which I need to do anyway, so will stock up :) Should have thought ahead and made the most of being at the greengrocer, my giant squash was only 80p!

    Think I'll whack a pan of soup together as well whilst I'm cooking dinner tonight (marinaded beef with lashings of veg, beansprouts and rice noodles, mmmm)

    yay i love butternut squash - i usually roast it though :-/
    and then tene to put with gnocchi, and some cream cheese and spinach, and then use the leftovers for sandwich the next day....
