I do like shopping as a social thing but not serious shopping! Hehe. I'm not a night out person either, I'd rather meet during the day for coffee in a small cafe than spend all night in a pub or club0

Yep, I'd rather spend my cash on a vintage print or a chandelier than something I can wear. I only ever buy interiors mags as "fashion" mags are just a glorified advert.
I love shopping on my own or with like-minded friends.0 -
tara, I have the sleeveless version of that dress, it is one of my favourites
not worn it for a while actually...must dig it out!

hehe. me too!! ^^
still on the lookout for a dressmakers dummy.. but i have got a gorgeous toile de jouy (sp.??) room divider, which i love, but could definitely be placed to better use iykwim as it's currently in my bedroom, hiding hte computer desk, but that means it's not really seen..
i had a lovely coatstand too, but i have to many coats and they killed it0 -
I love shopping on my own, I think i'm too good at it. My boyfriend can sometimes be awful to shop with, he stands too close and infront of me and I get stressed and aaah!
My room is pretty white atm, I need to kitsch it up. I want lots of nice bright colours. I have just bought my first house plant which makes me feel rather mature.
Just taken a water phobic dog out in a rain/snow storm. He wasn't too pleased but my wellies needed testing.0 -
ooh shopping with boyfriends is one of my worst things ever..
even the lovely ex (before the evil one), who used to patiently traipse round after me and pay for everythign (that makes me sound relaly awful and gold-diggerish, but it wasn't..) used to annoy me..it's just not the same as shopping with friends..
eta - and how did the wellies fare tsabo?0 -
