    I've been Money Tipped!
The weirdest thing happened to me...

I started to get a headache, was worried it was going to be a migraine, it started niggling at about 5. I came hime and felt a bit sorry for myself and couldn't have my planned bath extraordinaire because the animals werent ready for bed, so got progressively more sory for self. Anyway, had a shorter bath, took some painkillers and nothing much changes so lay down in the dark and moved awkwardly, my neck made a sort of click, a bit like a clicky joint and a bit like an osteo's torture, and the headache VANISHED!

Tara, that dress was in Primark, they were all hidden amongst the beach section, but two of them were definitely not beachwear.

Oooh, must go and have a look... :)
Egg lovers....poached egg, or fried egg...still only 90 calories, also works well on a crumpet...the yokl drips into the holes instead of butter. Lots of crumpets are aroun the 80 kcal mark. Egg and crumpet is another standard meal for me...............

Sounds delish, why did I never think of this???
Yum dinner o clock. A heap of cous-cous, spinach and a poached egg with a dollop of cream cheese..

OMG yum yum yum yum *drool*

Do you wilt the spinach first? Or just let the heat of the egg make it a bit wilty?

I have been eating far too much today grr. I really need to fit into my dress for a wedding I'm at next week so need some serious willpower! I am trying to visualise myself on the morning of the wedding miserable because it's too tight, and then visualise myself happy because I've managed to be good and ease my bloaty tummy. Please give me a kick up the bum girls!

Get to it. My mum is at a function this evening and couldn't fit into her planned outfit, it was all last minute drama before I put her on the train. In the end she looked better I think, than in the outfit she planned, but it still upset her a bit :( It fitted last week...:o

Righto LIR, thanks for the pep talk!!!

I've done half an hour of stepping to atone for the piggery, plus about an hour and half of walking today, am off for a shower now. And I *will* be good for the next week!!!

Did anyone see Sophie Dahl this evening? I think she's my new girl crush (after Nigella)... but I love the house even more (did I mention that already?). :rotfl:

I didn't watch...for totally odd reasons, but she is very beautiful and lovely, I've heard very nice things about her personally too...which is even more sickening but wonderful.

I'm not sure if I have a girl crush on Sophie Dahl or I just want to be her!
I'm starting to plan my days a bit better. Not doing anything exciting but i'm determind to get myself well on the mend (or at least coping better) for a fresh start in October.
Not really fashion related! But i've changed in to pjs..Calvin Klein pink check PJ bottoms (£4 in TKmaxx a couple of years ago because they had a rip down the seam. ...I still haven't mended the rip!) and black long sleeved top that is far too short to be worn for anything other than sleeping in. Sexyyy!
