[QUOTE=Alexnikov;30961271]Ooh, outfit! Hmm, it's probably a bit butch looking (does anyone else have this problem when they wear checked shirts?) but I've shoved a pretty top underneath so hopefully I don't look too much like a bloke.
Blue, yellow and white checked shirt - DP
Cream strappy top with a draped neckline and flower/lace detailing - DP
Straight leg indigo jeans - Primark
Cowboy boots - Evans
Big silver ring - DP
Initial necklace - Sunday Girl

I've just taken an anti emetic tablet, tis because I've been taking ibuprofen for my teeth, and I don't get on with it but it's the only thing that kills the pain lol. I'll be fine in 10 mins
you will need to try and line your stomach if you have taken nurofen as it will make you feel even sicker
Edit *doh just re read and realised you feel sick because of the nurofen ahh should read before I post lol

Blimey - loads of posts!!
Magpye and Tsabo - congrats
I had a busy day yesterday. Was at work in the morning, then picked up dd, took her to ballet and then picked up my friend and her ds and took them back to mine for a bit. Dropped them home, and went to spinning and abs class.........pooped last night!
Also got the letter yesterday with dates for my dd to start school. She's only ickle, she's 3 and won't be 4 until July so will be one the class babies. She can't wait to start though!! Told dh we should have another one............:eek:
Anyway, tis beautiful here and dh has taken his shorts to work (roofer) so spring must be sprung. Outfit for today:
white long sleeved t-shirt
duck egg blue short sleeved blouse
grey straight skirt
black opaques
black mary janes
bright red hand bag, cos it's red!
Was thinking last night that I'm very good at buying tops, but need more bottoms. So am going to go to Asda (prob tomorrow) and look for some skinny jeans, and also look for another smart, officey type skirt as I'm wearing this grey one to death!!0 -
Vicki - are you from Chelmsford? I've just moved back there after a five year hiatus. Used to love raiding the charity shops down Moulsham Street but haven't had chance since I've been back.
Hope those who are ailing feel better soon and Alex - check shirts are ace. I love a bit of a 'cowgirl' vibe which I suppose can be a bit blokey (because cowgirls are a bit blokey in theory) but cute at the same time.
Me today:
Black and white striped long sleeve top (in honour of it being a football day - come on Fulham!) (Dotty P)
Stoneywash skinny jeans (Kate Moss @ topshop)
Red skinny belt (Uniqlo)
cream faux suede and fur gillet (ebay)
black flatish knee high boots (ebay):beer:0 -

I used to be like that, but seem to be better now. The worst one is migraine tablets make me sick....kind of defeats the object. So I have to take them and then try to sleep.0 -
thanks for the tips about maxis goan, they are something I have always been a bit shy of but I'm going to try a few on and see how I feel.
Just been on the phone to my employment agency and I've got a little bit of cleaning work, so I'm going to be donning my mrs mop outfits next week. I can't imagine I'll be dressing with glamour for a 7am start, and then doing another one in the afternoon so will really have to force myself to get properly dressed in between! It's all money in the pot though and we need it for moving. Out of all the jobs I've had I love cleaning jobs the most, not for the pay but for the lack of responsibility, turn up, empty some bins, hoover, wash a few cups, clean the toilets all while singing along to ipod*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150
