    Morning!!

It's beautiful here, lovely and sunny and just makes you feel better I think :j.

    MM - good luck.
Daisy - I got some light navy tight in Primark. If you find true navy let me know, as that's what I was looking for.
Marzipan - I agree with Daisy on the skirt.

    Todays outfit:
    white long sleeved t-shirt
    short sleeved fitted raspberry cardie
    grey straight skirt
    grape tights
    black mary janes
    grey/silver bracelets (couldn't find a necklace)

I'm on the hunt for some shoes and can't find any that I like and that I can afford!! I want something with a bit of a heel but not towering and preferably not black. So let me know if you see anything please :D.

Marzipan, I love the shape and fit of the skirt on you, but I think it could do with being a couple of inches shorter...

    Ladies,
has anyone seen any cheap navy tights on their travels?

I agree about the skirt :)

Nope, I drew a complete blank when I was looking for them. I ended up with a pair of footless navy tights from DP and some expensive-ish normal navy ones from M&S (part of a 3 pack, chocolate, navy and black - £8)

OT - Just registered as an organ donor as well, quite annoyed it took me as long to do it, kept putting it off but i'm quite happy that I did it. Now just to gain some weight then I can give blood :D

  • Morning all,

Beautiful here today; so much warmer than yesterday when there was a cold wind.

Piratefairy, how come your blog is not in your name now?

    Morning... ooh afternoon actually...

Dull here today so outfit makes me feel cosy!!

    outfit today...
Grey 50's style tweedy dress River Island sale
Black/white animal print belt accessorise sale
    silver key charm necklace carboot
Beaded bracelet- gift from craft market
    grey opaques primark
grey biker boots since I'm walking miles today
Bright red mac over the top Bargain £1 carboot

I've realised i have a tiny wardrobe of clothes compared to all of you :-O. I think it's because my size has changed so much in the last 10 years i have just got rid of all the big and small clothes as I seem to be staying a size 12 now :)

And I used to spend all my money on my DD's clothes- too much really!!

Daisy- I got navy tights in primark but it was a while ago- surely there must be lots out there with all the nautical clothing in the shops right now??!!

Nikki - yes please post your wins so we can see :)

Alex -Argghhh, sandals... I would absolutely freeze here... makes me shiver to even think about it.

Marzipan- think the skirt is too long too... even for me at my ancient age!!

I am happy since yesterday i saw someone i hadn't seen for ages and she thought it wasn't me since I looked too young for it to be :D And last week when I wore my summery outfits I had comments from strangers about how nice i looked..
Well off to town now with my ebay posting, may look in the carity shop at the end of the road.

I may pick your brains later on my idea for stuff I'm planning on making and selling, with the idea of having a shop on Folksy and stalls on some craft markets before christmas. I'm feeling I should be using my creativeness for more than fun.

Afternoon ladies! Been so busy here this morning just got time to catch up! Dunno if I will do a blog post today outfit wise as I havent taken a pic not worth mentioning anway Im wearing: blue skinny jeans- New Look via ebay, white cotton long sleeve t, ditsy floral smock vest that ties at shoulders- Primark bought last time I was there, purple pumps, green bomber and scarf when I went out......not doing much this afternoon picked up some easter biscuit cutters at Tescos with bunny and chick shapes and a make your own chick Easter cards for Jasmine so if we get bored may do them.

I have just received a dress from ebay that i bought week ago (it was the one I started the unreceived dispute about- funny it arrived so quick after that mmmm) I paid a fiver for it on buy it now (which I normally dont use) and its gooooorrrrrgggeeeeouuuusss!! I think PF has the same dress, that wasnt intentional honest! Its a be beau one strapless red floral dress with netting underskirt- was brand new with tags.

I have hung it on the back of the kitchen door and cant stop looking at it lol saddo lol

Meds I dont have a huge wardrobe compared to some either due to weight loss too...just means I have to be creative with my clothes rather than wearing the same combinations all the time lol

    Hi everyone

Just popped in to say hello while I have lunch. I'm enjoying the Spring sunshine and I'm out in the garden atm, cleaning out the shed, tidying up and sowing seeds for the allotment. I'm trying to not look at all the spiders that keep crawling on me and scuttling past my head when I go into the shed .

Clothing today is very sophisticated, blue paint stained tracksuit bottoms and an also paint stained black long sleeved T-shirt. Socks, walking ones (purple) and my tomato print clog shoes/waterproofs. Ah and I can't forget the spiderweb decorated hair :rotfl:.

I'll have to get 'dressed' later as it's DS parents evening so I'll need to get rid of the 'halloween' look before I go :p.

Just wanted to give a cheeky nudge to teabythesea, tara747, medsdemon and nikki to say I've tagged you on my blog and passed on the sunshine award :D .

Right, lunch is finished, back to a bit of company with the spiders _pale_ !
