It sounds like a well organised list to me! I rather like the idea of selecting a few colours but I'd be hopeless at shopping for them - I tend to just buy whatever I like, whether that be colour, shape or style.

A couple of floral pieces might be really nice and you could pick up on some of the accent colours with cardis, wraps etc.

thanks for the reply vicky - the when is straight after the wedding
on 18th June we fly Manchester - london and on 19th....welll its a surprise!!!!

    I know
    We're away for 3 weeks
    it will be hot
it is long haul (so need a few comfy items)
    there will be a beach
it is multi centre - so need som city wear too

love the idea of flying out in a white suit - i know highly impractical - but hopefully will only do honeymoon once - and have seen this ace suit http://www.clothingattesco.com/Fashion-Week/icat/fashion-week - £27!!!

June narrows down the long haul places we can go - but i don't wanna guess too much - i'm pretty certain that it won't be india tho

i'll have long skirts and cardis/ pashminas to cover up if i need to - do you think that'll be enough?

wow, lucky you! Lovely suit...but tbh, I wouldn't fly long haul in it. I'd go for something Like a jersey dress, effortless ly comfortably chic and smart, showing of your new figure, no iron nightmares, and comfy enough to sleep in, then get off the plane crease free and with no bits having been digging in. I know its really prosaic off me though.

I'd get a long sleeved sheer kaftan-y top to wear over your gorgeous white suit trousers with a pashmina if need be. workig your suit in a diferent way and being covere while still not over heating. A pashmina in hot, hot, would be pretty wretched IMO.

Good point - given the colours I am going for - which one would you suggest?

Hmm, I'd be a nightmare - I am not good with surprises - or trusting someone else ot sort out something that important without me lol! You will just have to let us know afterwards then lol!
I hope some fashionable people can give you some help, I'm just getting to grips with my own style but I know these girls are so helpful, they certainly gave me some wise pointers to get me started.

We married and honeymooned in Jamaica and my fashion highlight was the toga party hehe!

Liking lost's ideas and the suit is lovely!
I was so pleased with the tesco clothes sale earlier, bought loads. And then went to matalan on the way home as well, which had another sale. Woohoo new clothes!!

Hmm..any :), or muiltcoloured print with elements of more than one of your colours if you can find one! I'd probably for a colour rather than white, because easier to manage in say, dust flying places... and then you can tuck in under the jacket with the suit too......

I think you are amazingly organised!

i know i know - you are right - perhaps I can swap the 2 around and fly to london in the white suit as its not far - plus the added bonus of wearing it to breakfast with my bride t shirt with the guests who have stayed over would really work
