had a nice time with friend, got a Costa loyalty card now too, pretty much the same as a Boots card lol,
you get 100 points for registering, which is enough for a tea so yay.
I'm sat here with a blanket and hot water bottle, so chic.0 -

I'm so sorry to hear that Lost, hope you're doing ok xx
Decided to not let feeling ill get the better of me today. It was a struggle getting up but I put my new skirt on and took the dog to the park. Got beeped at by some white van men, so that helpedNot sure how much i'm supposed to be resting or whatever I'm just listening to what my body tells me and then pushing it that little bit each day.
Bootsale is off on sunday, boo.0 -
tsabo- hurrah for getting out, I think you should be guided by your body, it'll soon tell you when it's had enough moving around for the day! little walks etc will do you good and keep spirits up!0

from what I understand this is exactly the best thing to do. Try and do something each day, keen when you feel desperate, but not too much.
Post virals can start when pushing too hard in exercise when under the weather (before they ID'd my illness and symptoms developed, they thought I might have a post viral). Your body can scale downwards in stamina pretty quickly...so making sure you do a little, preferably scaling up a little each day is the way to go I'm told. I have in storage an old schedule of activity progression for this, so one should be available to you through NHS. But if you OVER exert next day you're back to square one.0 -
just got back from food shopping, it pains me how much we spend on food even though we are v careful
but a girls got to eat I guess. And now I've got the rest of the afternoon to clean the house, what a glamourous day, at least I've got a boot sale to look forward to on sunday
and I always feel better when I've cleaned the house from top to bottom.
So I'm off to change into scruffs, wouldn't want to get bleach on my 30p bargain dress :rotfl:
welcome back vicki, you hve been missed xx*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -
I'm trying to decide what to wear this weekend. Atleast 7 hours in the car (3.5 each way) thena long day inside.
I don't want to wear boots, or uncomfy foor wear, as will be on my feet a lot, and though I will be able to sit down and rest lots I know my feet will be ba by the end of the day. I'm thinking I might do the disastrous combination of jeggings w/trainers. They are just so comfy, and though I know my calves will look terrible I'm thinking I just care more about comfort I think.
