Ooh, 20% off new items at DP for the next 3 days...

I want this, this, this and this. I do wish that all the pretty maxi dresses didn't have so much detailing around the hem though. I reckon my only way of getting one to fit is buying one and hacking about 6 inches off the bottom, so I really need one that's patterned all over, not at the hem.

Alex, that maxi is gorgeous. You could always take out a mid-section of the skirt and reattach the bottom section, which probably would give it a slight ruffle effect too.

Have spent too much in DP's recently, bad Alex for linking! Trying to ignore the gorgeous coloured shoes instore in their sale at the moment.

That's entirely beyond my sewing abilities!! I'm going to attempt a small crafty project this weekend though - if the results are successful I shall blog them.

Oh, if anyone isn't signed up to the DP newsletter thing, I have some sort of referral thing that gets new signer-uppers either 15 or 20% off a purchase. Let me know if you want it.
  • ooOoo alex those first two dresses are so pretty.
*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*
