My nan started my plants off for me last year, and when they got big enough for me not to kill them she passed them on to me lol. I am very much a chuck it in the ground and hope for the best kind of person when it comes to gardening!

Moonbabe, it's "Allotment month by month" by Alan Buckingham.
It's a really good read, Yup, just as I thought, I'm late already!0 -
ooh gardening... we used to have an allotment club at school for year 7s. It was technically run by a biology teacher but actually the groundskeeper used to come keep and eye on us even though it was his lunch time too. It was good fun, not so good for the uniform though and there was the time when a girl put a pitch fork through her foot  Luckily only through the skin between toes but still
I'm jealous of the allotment pics you guys posted, i'd love to grow vegetables. My dad has a greenhouse & grows tomatoes & cucumbers. Last year we made green tomato chutney from the ones that were too stubborn to ripen and it's really good0
