I'm a bit fearful of dairy at the moment, but as soon as I can manage it I will try that on your recommendation

Marmite's OK, I used to keep it in my drawer in the office to have on Ryvitas but only really ate it as I didn't need to put it in the shared fridge (paranoid that someone would do something to my food)

I'm going to start using my Easiyo more when the weather picks up, I'm hoping to do it like the OS peeps and use old batch to keep it going, it does taste really good and creamy but not tried the other way.
