Where do i go now for Bank Charges?

Can anybody tell me what to do next.
I put a claim in for Bank Charges over 2 and half years ago and recently received a letter from Natwest saying that the supreme court has ruled in their favour and they will not be taking my query any further.

Can i take it anywhere, such as the ombudsman or elsewhere to try and get my charges back as its ridiculous to think that its just stopped and i dont understand the details on Martins page, it just dosnt answer my question as to where to go next or where to write ?

Have a read of the MSE article on reclaiming bank charges. It gives the next steps.
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/bank-charges

You suggest you already have done so, but don't understand the next step. Which part of this do you not understand?
Before you even start to reclaim, we need assume that your complaint to the bank itself will be rejected so you’ll need to take it further. You do that either via the Financial Ombudsman or the courts....

    ...
    Which category do you fit?

After reading the list above, here's how to decide what's next:
    • You're pretty sure you fit into these guidelines. If so follow the Ombudsman route laid out below.
    • You think you could fit into these guidelines. If it’s touch and go, then it’s worth trying this route as it’s safest and you’ve nothing to lose. You are still allowed to go to court if you lose at the Ombudsman – though you can’t go to the Ombudsman once you lose in court.
    • You don’t fit into these guidelines. In this case your only option is to follow the court route, which as already explained is less certain and more difficult. As it will involve complex legal argument, we've written a separate guide to explain the new legal arguments for the riskier route of going to Court. See the Bank Charges Court guide.

About half way down the article, there is a section called "Free sample letters to adapt and send"

At the bottom of that section is a box headed "Free sample letters" with 2 boxes asking "Yes" or "No". Click on the appropriate box and you'll eventually get the appropriate sample letter for your circumstances.
