Avast: Unable to scan lines?

When I run Avast, it shows no virus, but after scan has finshed a box pops up, saying results of last scan, with 2083 lines? that it has been unable to scan..Sorry to be dim, but what does this mean? Is it anything to worry abt?:o Can't copy and paste results.

Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

Open malwarebytes and goto UPDATE and click 'check for updates'. After its updated goto SCANNER and click PERFORM FULL SCAN then click SCAN
Post the COMPLETE log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds
reboot
Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

Click MAIN MENU then DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE(Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running

There is a box in hijackthis to Scan and save a log.
Once the scan finishes, it should pop up a text box with the results. You can then Copy & Paste the contents of the text box.0 -
theres more, but for vista it says right click on icon and click run as administrator, but tried this and dont work.0
