Washing Machine keeps breaking

Hello, I have the worst washing machine around, the Hoover Nextra 7. Since buying it about 2 years ago, it had broken 6 times (2 fixed by me, 4 under the extended warranty)
It has now gone again, for the same reason as 5 of the previous faults.
We have an extended warranty from Currys which basically guarantees a repair withing 21 days, or you get a replacement, but whenever we call them out (like today) it is always about 2 weeks before we get a repair, which is tough with 2 young children and all our associated washing.
Also, their call outs are never for a specific time, they are always between 8am and 5pm, which means I lose a days pay everytime I call them out.
Where can i go with this? Can they repair it 20, 30, 40 times until the warranty runs out? Or can we at some point get a new machine from the warranty, one that is reliable (our previous one was fine for more than 5 years before dying).
The real problems will start when the warranty runs out - I know it will only be a matter of months before it dies on us, and then I'll have to fork out for a new one straight away. We have 2 relatives/friends who have exactly the same model, they have had all the same problems (and dislike it the same). Googling it brings up endless sotries of the same things broken, so I think it has a design flaw.
Many thanks for your time gurus.

Try calling up the main WEH line (or going into store to get them to escalate it). There is often an unofficial rule of 3 repairs before write-off, but this varies on the circumstances, and also who you speak to.Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
Now 20% cooler0 -
although i probably wouldn't mention the 2 times you fixed it yourself as sometimes this can invalidate your guarantee! Can you see the mountains through the fog?0

Beat me too it0 -
2 weeks is too long to wait for a repair, id go to the store and ask for the situation to be speeded up, if your going to say the machine has a flaw then id print of what you found on google about the faults and show them to currys, you could even inform hoover0
