Being charged interest on Graduate overdraft???

When I changed my current account from a Higher education account to a Graduate additions account (the only one I was told would be suitable for me with my overdraft) I was told I wouldn't be charged interest as I would be paying a £7 a month fee. However, I've noticed on my statements that I am paying roughly £4-5 a month in interest, plus the account fee! I've even looked in the terms and conditions for this account and it says I shouldn't be paying interest!

What should I do? xx

Not much the members of an internet forum can do about it! :rotfl:

The phrase "ask a silly question......."

If the bank advised one thing ie no interest and are then charging it then there must be a reason which could be the staight forward one of they are overdrawn and charged interest or maybe there is another reason such as the terms of the grad account ending or that the account was miskeyed with regards to interest details, etc, etc,
