Cheap Beach Holiday from Cardiff for quiet/older people?

My parents have asked me to try and find them a cheap (and they mean REALLY cheap) beach holiday for September. I've scoured the major tour operators but they all seem quite expensive. Looking for some thing that is around £150-200 pp but the less the better!
The want anywhere that is near a beach and flies from cardiff, any of the mediteranean basically, spain, the costa's, any of the islands, greece, they are not fussy.
They are ideally looking for someone that is within walking distance of both beach and a resort with restaurants, self catering or hotel, named accomodation but doesn't have to be anything about 2*... they are an older couple and don't want to be surrounded by hordes of kids but as they are looking at September i thought it might be a bit quieter then anyway.
Any hints/tips on websites to look at?
