I need some urgent advice possibley legal. I complained to bluesky finance after they refused to refund ppi total amount after I wrote and complained about mis sold ppi. They sent photocopies of paperwork I had signed to say I accepted it. On close inspection where I crossed out yes to ppi and put in the comments box not suitable, someone has scribbled out my comment and looks like they have tried to forge my signature to sign the correction. The only thing is that this was a demands and needs statement and I still signed the credit agreement with the ppi on, although at the time I thought this would not be included as I had ammended the demands and needs statement. Any ideas on how I should play this ????? Many thanks for any advice.
