Afternoon all,
I am a FTB and have just had an offer accepted on a house, what is my next step from here? Find a solicitor or get a survey or what? Do I give the EA my soliciors details before or after a survey?
Need to get this sorted quickly as my offer was accepted based on my good position.

You need to instruct your solicitor as soon as possible, pass their details to the EA. Assuming you are having a mortgage, do you intend to have an independent survey of the mortgage valuation or look to upgrade to the lenders homebuyers or full structual if required? Do you have a mortgage in place via a broker or lender? THe broker or lender will be able to advise you on the relevant costs of each survey.0
