Please help!!!
I have spent ages making a new playlist on Windows Media Player and tried to sync with my W995, but when I try to do this it says error on half of the songs. They play fine on the laptop, and I have enough memory on the phone memory card.
What am I doing wrong or how can I correct this??

Perhaps the playlist that Windows Media Player created isn't suitable for the W995.
It might be better to first load the music files/folders onto the phone then use the W995 to create its own playlist.
