Refund for goods that were never delivered

On 23 January 2010, I made an order for some clothing from Pro4Sport Limited. The items were displaying as "in stock" and so I anticipated a delivery time of between 3-7 days given that the store is only located a fifteen minute drive from my house (in the UK). However, I had not received any items from them, nor any communication, by the start of February. I therefore called and emailed them to ask what the status of my order was and I was met with a wall of silence.
Another week passed and they still had not returned my calls so I dropped them another email (as they had again failed to answer the phone to me despite me having, at all times, called within office hours) telling them to cancel my order as a 28 day delivery period was beyond what was to be reasonably expected and I also cited their lack of contact as a reason for cancelling.
To-date, I have still yet to receive the items (a full month on) and they have yet to return any of my phone calls or emails in this time period. I have not yet received a refund as I requested and the money was taken out of my bank account on the date I placed the order.
What can I do here? I am willing to go to the wall here as this company have absolutely taken the mickey with this transaction. I am furious. :mad:
