web based bookmarks (not social)

Hi my laptop stopped working recently and I had no access to my bookmarks which was frustrating. also I use at least 3 different computers.
I know there are various web based bookmark services but I have no idea which ones are good and which to avoid.
The computers I use have firefox apart from DH's work laptop which is a mac.
I would really appreciate any pointers.

You can use Firefox on a Mac.
Then I suggest Xmarks.
Your other option is Delicious.com. I like that too.0 -
I use weave sync for firefox. It's excellent. For best performance, only sync bookmarks (you can also sync settings, history etc0
