Windows Messenger keeps signing in

I have the basic windows messenger on my pc, my pc is windows xp home edition. I never use messenger however my daughter does. The problem is when i click on Outlook Express to check my mail messenger signs in, i have to keep right clicking it and press cancel sign in.
Now, i have been into the options to to stop it starting up when windows starts, ive also been into the 'msconfig' bit to uncheck the box to also stop it starting on start up, but i cant stop it starting when i check my mail.
How can i get this to stop loading.

All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.

Start up Outlook Express, go to Tools > Options > General. Untick "Automatically log on to Windows Messenger".
That should do it.Try saying "I have under-a-pound in my wallet" and listen to people react!0 -
