I have to admire your optimisim, however I doubt you'll win, but probably end up spending a fortune on Legal fees. Good luck....I think you'll need it!

Good Luck is always welcome, so thank you. I am optimistic for a reason. I have lot of faith in this country's legal system and in my solicitor. However more than anything else I have so much strong evidance against Galliard Homes and remember you only need one good point to win.

Once again thank you for wishing me and not Galliard Homes good luck.

Without wishing to give offence, but I don't give a !!!!!! about speculators who were hoping to fleece others, and then complain when it goes wrong.

I think that is what got the thread pulled to be honest.

Definitely against forum rules to spam and posting Galliard Homes in white 100 times on a single post was clearly an effort to attract attention to this thread from google etc.
The irony being that that would have the opposite effect.

Should make a few lawyers richer if nothing else.
  • I love the paranoia in that anyone who doesn't agree that they should be able to break contract law gets branded as a representative despite having absolutely no VI.

Some of the same people who are saying that GH took advantage of them, and the solicitors took advantage of them because they didn't know any better actually went and sent that some random bloke with a hotmail address scans of documents with personally identifying information just because he said he was suing them too.
It's not easy having a good time. Even smiling makes my face ache.

No. Pity you didn't get some before 'investing' in a Galliard Home :rotfl:

I hastily looked at the top of my browser, but yes I'm at the MSE forum. Isn't
    that what the forum's for?

Anyway, it's all been said on the previously deleted posts.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
