Free Cadbury's Fudge Chocolate Bar when you order a free T Mobile SIM

I went for the Chomp one a few weeks ago but changed my mind part way through the process. Today I received emails from three different people, all from Hotmail addresses, all with attachments, telling me about another free chocolate bar. When I tried to unsubscribe it said I couldn't as I wasn't on the mailing list! This is looking dodgy and I would be very wary, especially if you don't have good anti virus and anti malware protection (plus firewall) installed on your PC.
If it's the same as I received, it's just three people on their mailing list who have replied to the mailshot (saying they haven't received theirs yet) and it's then copied their replies to everyone.
It should say at the bottom of the original email to reply with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line and they will take you off the list.
Hope this helps. I haven't had any problems with them and I first joined last November.0 -
I wouldn't risk it same company runs other sites and you get lots of :spam: from them0

I couldn't tell you really. I have a separate Hotmail account for all freebies I apply for on here, so the little spam I do get could be from any of them!0

You can change your e-mail address at the click of a button...
... it's no where near as easy to change your home address.0 -

The way I look at it, you run that risk being on the Electoral Roll or by applying for any freebie, competition or offer - lots of them sell your address on. I've lived at the same address for 10 years and never had a problem. As I say, if you don't like the sound of any offer, just don't apply. I'm just trying to give something back to all those nice MSE people who post freebies. I thought that was the idea of this forum.0 -

I know that, don't feel that I'm just having a go. There's a risk with everything, this forum is popular and it's so easy for details to be harvested and the word of just a couple of people isn't sufficient to say that it's a legit site.
All due respect, first thing I did is checked the numbers and the rewards site is registered with both company house and VAT, however, no records are available which makes me suspicious...
If you get your chomps and sim cards with no problems, you've got a deal, but like I say, I wouldn't bother.0 -
