Personal reserves

I have two accounts with barclays and they both have personal reserves on them. When I was strapped for cash I used the personal reserves which now I regret because every month I am charged £100 for each account so everytime I try and put more money in it is taken up with the charge. I am really struggling with them and it just seems a never ending battle. Does anyone know of anything I can do to help me apart from the obvious of paying it off which will cost £300 and which I can't afford in one month?

What is a personal reserve - is it like an authorised overdraft?0

It's an extra agreed amount. When using it, you get charged each time you use it.
