Sold Prices data

I've been looking at ourproperty, rightmove etc for selling prices in a particular area. I notice they also tell you whether house is detached etc.

Anybody know a website where I can see no. of bedrooms also?

The raw data for these 'sold prices' services all comes from the Land Registry and I don't think that the free data includes any specific comparative details about the property like number of bedrooms. They just give you the address, sold date and price registered.

Which is only marginally useful when comparing with your own property, unless you know exactly what spec, location, facilities and condition the sold property has compared to yours.

For comparative information you would need to look at a paid service that offers you a survey of local house prices and 'comparable' analysis of properties on agents books. Pricing for this is £25-£200 depending on the level of detail you want.
