Just before the court case I received an offer from Natwest to repay me around 2k in "unfair charges" before I could accept the court case started and now almost 2 years later I have recieved a letter from Natwest saying that they believe the charges are fair and made reference to the outcome of the court case. Is there a template for anyone in my position? or would someone be kind enough to help me draft a response?
basically they made me an offer in writing and post court case are negating saying unless I respond in 8 weeks they would consider the matter as closed.
I used all the templates from here to get me into a position in which I was made an offer however I have had to re-register as I lost my password and registered with a now redundant email addresss hence this appearing to be my first post.
Many thanks to anyone who could help me.

The initial offer would have had a timescale on it in spite of the start of the OFT test case. The current letters are being sent out en masse to everyone.
I'm afraid to say, I wish you had asked this question over 2 years ago because you would have been 2k up. As it is, you now face a battle to see that 2k today.0 -
Why did you wait almost 2 years for this money?
The court case could only possibly have gone one way for you, and it did; or did you think the court case would have granted you even more money?
Sorry, I too think you've probably lost that £2k (plus the interest it could have earned you over the last 2 years)"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100
