Booking flights by phone

Hello all,
Currently at war with the arduous task of 'trying to find the cheapest flights for a certain date'.
I gave these guys a call after seeing their details on the cheapflights website. They have quoted me a really good price for the airfares that I want, but they said I can only pay over the phone.

Does anyone have any experience of booking with these guys, or know of any other company that offer really great airfares if you call them up, and are trustworthy?
Any help you can give, I would be really appreciative - beginning to tear my hair out, but I will not give up getting the best deal!
