I have a problem with an item of furniture bought online, I never thought to print the invoice or order details so now I'm stuck.
At the time I was using a @wanadoo.co.uk email but now when I try to login it just says invalid usermane or password.
Is there any chance possibility of accessing this account if I contact wanadoo or is it too long since I last used it. (roughly 3 years)

Its not impossible but very very unlikely you'll be able to retrieve you old emails unless the account still exists and you just need a password reset.
If it was bought from a reputable supplier they should be able to give you a copy of your original invoice/paperwork/something....0 -

Probably too late; a lapsed email account; was this a web-based email account?0 -

Wanadoo does not exists as an ISP anymore it is now Orange so if you had an lapsed account it was most probably deleted. You could contact Orange but I wouldn't hold my breath in getting a reply.
If you bought on line then you must have paid for the item with either a debit or credit card and it might be easier to get a statement from whoever you used to fund the purchase.0 -
I located the company online and called them, I gave my old post code and my account popped up, although the order details weren't available as they had changed there system or something.
At there request I have emailed a photo of the damaged item and they have promised to look into the matter.
Fingers crossed.
