Studio, the catalogue company?
If so, the decision of the Supreme Court regarding bank charges does not affect any attempts to reclaim charges from them. Follow the credit card charges reclaiming guide (with appropriate revisions to suit if necessary)

Hi Psychokatz,
I recently had all of the default sums and interest refunded to my Studio balance. I cheekily did it through the unsigned CCA route and am now pursuing the service charges through the small claims court.
I reckon if you were to send them an e-mail or letter stating that you would like all of the default sums removing as you feel they are unfair, they will refund them back to you.
