my husbands job was under threat last year,luckily he kept it but the boss reduced his hours leaving us around 400 pound short every month.now after a year they have just phoned me and said that they can remove the overdraft facility.wouldnt this make things alot worse?when i explained this to yb they didnt seem bothered but hte loss of the overdraft has worried me.can they do this??

May I ask if this was due to a review anyway?

You could ask them if they are willing to extend the date on the overdraft, don't know if they will do this but its worth asking.

However, as its a banking question, I expect the posters will know more of how this works on the actual thread, so I would post in the thread below as well to hopefully receive more positive answers, good luck.;)
