Hi All

Whats is the correct\proper way to repair a stone chip on a car bonnet

    I think it's something like mix paint with lacquer and dab onto the chips with a cocktail stick. When dry wet and dry sand, then machine polish.

    Dob a bit of colour on followed by a tad of laquer, asuming metallic paint.

    One things for sure, more will follow. Keeps rust away untill proper paint is needed.;)

    The " best " way is to have the bonnet repaired/resprayed, but I don't think that is what you meant.;)
