I think it's something like mix paint with lacquer and dab onto the chips with a cocktail stick. When dry wet and dry sand, then machine polish.

Dob a bit of colour on followed by a tad of laquer, asuming metallic paint.
One things for sure, more will follow. Keeps rust away untill proper paint is needed.;)I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
