Disconnect negative first. When connecting the battery connect positive first, negative last. Make sure no-one is in the car, but I doubt the airbags will deploy.0

And make sure you have your keys with you, as remote central locking usually switches on as soon as the power is back. Don't wanna lock yourself out0

I didn't do it when changing the battery on my Peugeot 405.0

Connect a separate 12v supply accross the battery leads to prevent any issue with lost radio codes etc, security alarm battery etc is ideal:money:I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

I dont need a radio code for my radio as i took out the standard vauxhall and put my own in.0
