Checking if move to BT has happened

I am sure I have seen something on here about how to check if a phone is BT or not but I cant find it now.

My phone is due to move from Tiscali to BT today but I am not sure how to check ifthe move has happened.

Can anyone help?

    Dial 17070 and if you get 'this number is defined as', and then a series of options, it's BT. If you just get 'this number is defined as', it's still on Tiscali LLU.

    Macman, It read back my number then I got some options like 4 for fast test so I assume I am back with BT !

    Yes, assuming you were on Tiscali LLU before.

    Um thats a good question, I am not sure that I was. I dont think it was available on the Hastings exchange when I went over to them.

    So i still dont know if I am back with BT ?

    samknows.com show Tiscali as not available LLU on the Hastings exchange.
    Why not just ring BT and check with them?
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
  • You could dial 150.

    If it is BT then you will hear a welcome to BT message and all the BT options.
