    Depending on how long it is before you current Kaspersky licence expires, you can use one the free 30 day trials that are available, including Kaspersky.

    The uninstaller that you need is listed here.

    And don't necessarily equate the 'commercial' products (Norton and their like) with preferential anti-virus detection. Ain't necessarily so IMO :cool:
  • I use AVG free from AVG Technologies (formerly Grisoft). Used it for years and it's fantastic. I always find freeware to be better and less "bulky" than bought software.

    Just in case you have got the N130 with the trial Macafee installed.

    Strange thing was, I put Microsoft Security Essentials on the wifes new Samsung N130 (XP version) after uninstalling Macafee correctly and using their removal tool (as per Macafee video.)

    The netbook would then crash if I went into "Add or Remove Programs!"

    I put Avira on instead, which was fine. :think:
