We have joined up to Redrows Mastermove (where they pay your estate agent fees) scheme and (to our probable demise) have fallen in love with a property which has not yet been released for sale. We have only been on the market a week and have had one viewing but with feedback that the house is great but the bedrooms are too small. Theres nothing much we can do to improve that. I know we have only just gone on the market but we are so attached to this new house that I need some advice on others experience of Redrow. How easily do you reckon they would do part exchange? Would be gutted if they just let it go to someone else.

Can't help with comments about Redrow, but I have a suggestion about the too-small bedrooms.
Maybe you need to get a bit "House Doctor" here! You can get Space-Maker paint (Dulux, I think) which is designed to reflect more light, so make spaces seem bigger. Clear as much from the rooms as you can - rent a storage space if you need to, it will save you money if you get a quick sale.
Good luck0
