BR is hard enough without making it harder for yourself..

most are obtaining credit, BRs running Ltd companies and hiding debts

if his BRU was 4 years and he kept £50K, whats he lost really?
BTW, i would maybe be on the OR/Creditors side IF i thought what a BR forfeited went to the creditors 100% but somehow i doubt half gets distributed, with a LTD company liquidation theres usually nothing paid out with Insolvency practioners charging £750 per hour0
