Template letter please?

:DHi, all,
I'm looking for a template letter to send to the FOS and Santander, I have written to them 3 times asking them to cancel my PPI and refund it, and they have ignored me, so now I want to do what I told them i would if they ignored me!!
Just could do with some idea what to say in the letters.

FOS would prefer it to be in your own words and not copied from a standard template.

If you go onto the FOS site you can download a complaints form fill that in and send it off.

Hi, if you have proof of sending these letters - recorded delivery - then if its over 8 weeks since first complaining you can take the complaint to FOS (if they are within jurisdiction) OR you can ask FOS to write on your behalf if they are ignoring you. I would ring the help line perhaps and ask for advice of whether to submit your complaint to them or whether they need to first write on your behalf. They will usually give you a complaint number over the phone and advice of what to do.

What date was your Loan with them.

thanks all, i downloaded and printed off the complaints form, so sending that today.
