Go to java.com and click "Do I have java".

Or open a command prompt (Start>run>Type "cmd". press enter) and enter "java -version", press enter, and post back what it says.
  • hi i cannot do a screen shot so will type out what comes up. it says
    java version1.6.0_17
java TM SE runtime enviroment build 1.6.0_17-b04
java hotspotTM client vm build 14.3-b01,mixed mode, sharing

    hope this makes sense?

Apologies I never replied to this, was just looking back over my old posts. Did you manage to get the problem sorted?
