A question about spybot anyone know?

Hi everyone,
i posted a question up on this section early this morning regarding my computer (its got trogans,hijackers everything) and a person informed me to download spybot and malware well i did this and i done a scan on my computer through spybot and i had a few infections come up,
I pressed the fix selected problems its fixed a few but wont fix the more dangerous ones :mad: it says "this action may not be performed completely since you are the administrator if you want this performed for all users please run this application elevated as a administrator" what does this mean anyone know? im the only userof the comuter and i only have one username and thats myself

i have read all the instructions on the spybot forum but its not letting me do what the forum tells me to do.

right click on the icon, and run as administrator, also run malwarebytes scan after updating, and if you are still having problems, download hijackthis and post a log

Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

Open malwarebytes and goto UPDATE and click 'check for updates'. After its updated goto SCANNER and click PERFORM FULL SCAN then click SCAN
Post the COMPLETE log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')

Click MAIN MENU then DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE(Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)
