Just accepted through UCAS my unconditional to do history & politics at UHI - I'm on an access there - I'm so proud of myself as I will be a week short of my 40th birthday when i start!

I want to be a librarian but after a chat with my student advisor this morning who advised me to go into lecturing, I'm confused now!

    Well done Alyth!
I started doing a degree in History and Politics but am now doing Sociology and History with teaching. Hoping to lecture in Scottish history eventually.
Alyth, I am 36, best time of life to study if you ask me! Good luck.
Come ride with me, through the veins of history...
I'll show you how God falls asleep on the job.
