Hi Guys,
I'm about to send off a letter to my bank regarding reclaiming my PPI insurance. What I need to know is do I send it to the branch that sold me the loan, or to the banks head office?

Hi, I would say it would be head office usually. There is usually a complaints department and also don't forget to send recorded delivery so you have a proof and put account numbers etc on it.
