Some people do have two different size feet, which could be the seller or they might be trying to tap into a niche market.

Alternatively they could be one of those people like my Sister, who managed to come back from shoe shopping to open the box and find two different size shoes on two seperate occasions.

my daughter came back with a pair of boots but both of them were for the right foot and different sizes as well
  • Postage for the trainers appears rather expensive:(
  • Could be stealing display shoe's from the shops?

Some shops will have one shoe out on display, nice little earner? I don't think so. lol

I think they have bought a bulk load of faulty / odd bits & are trying to make a quick buck.
With p&p prices like that though, I doubt they would get anywhere fast.

I bought a pair of(very popular branded ) boots for over £40 on E-Bay advertised at size 5.
    When i put them on i noticed they where a size 5 & 6.
I e-mailed the buyer rightaway saying did she have two pairs that had got muddeled up/ was it a mistake? i got an e-mail saying she had had two pairs but had sold the others previously (so someone else was wondering around in a size 5 & 6 & hadn't noticed even though it was obvious when on). Although if the other person had one foot nearer a six i suppose she wouldn't but it all seemed weird to me (you could also tell they weren't a pair by slight different shades of colour in real life).
My hubby suggested they could of been previously stolen from a shop, at where they put out different sizes (purposly not to make pairs)which started to stress me out that i had been 'duped' & i started to worry i wouldn't get my money back ,i wasn't happy, but i sent them back recorded delivery & buyer refunded me the full amount, but it put me off e-bay for a bit & even wanting these kind of boots anymore i was so sure the seller knew but was hoping i wouldn't notice but it's not what i paid over £40 for!.
  • my idea is that they maybe buy the pairs of shoes cheap, split them up and sell them in odd pairs (hoping the buyer doesn't notice)

Then when the buyer contacts them after realising they will offer to sell them the matching shoe for a higher price stating that it did say they were odd in the description.

Also that disclaimer kinda implies to me that unless you pay for recorded delivery, they aren't really planning on posting the item.

I've sold a few big stocks of odd shoes, they were all new and possible to match some of them up. They were just single shoes and trainers thrown into boxes, thousands of them.

  • Just had this reply...

Hiya, sorry I don't know if it's for a left or right handed raquet.

Sorry I couldn't be of any help.
