Help plz yahoo account compromised

Well it looks like it is my turn now All contacts in my address book have received an email concerning the little blue pill pertaining to come from my self.

Needless to say that I am not the guilty party and believe that my account has been compromised.

Do any of you tech guys have any idea of how to stop this happening again

You could complain to yahoo via their abuse link, but they are pretty useless. I know I've contacted them.
