Hiya. I'm new to this site but have been reading about Landy Bridal. I am really worried as I have ordered a dress from there and am wondering if there is anybody who has had a dress from them?

well, i only ordered the dress last week, then it was their holiday but when i'm checking the order status it says invalid but they have taken the money from the bank. Also - i'm getting married in may so i'm hoping i haven't left it too late.
p.s - How do i find the thread - i've never used this site before

here you go - just go to the top right of the page and do a search for "landy bridal" In forums and it will bring you a wealth of knowledge....

Ohhh - and from their website, it says that orders take 20-25 days and then 7-10 days for delivery.

Thanks for that. Well it's a bit manic as we only booked the wedding 3 weeks ago so everythings rushed. I was really unsure about trusting the site but i didn't seem to have any choice as wedding dress shops around here where telling me it'd be about 6 months to get a dress! I didn't have enough time...

have you emailed them? drop them a line to confirm payment and your order and ask for an estimated date - tell them you get married in april

Don't forget it's the Chinese holidays after their New Year on 14th Feb.... they will probably be shut for most of this week too.

There are a couple of threads about Landy Bridal, there have been quite a few dresses from them.

Thanks. Times not on my side too. We're getting married in may and we only booked it 3 weeks ago. Bridal shops round here said there wasn't enough time to order from them as it took 6 months!

I could have had my dress made buy the bridal shop if the wedding was less than 6 months away at a cost of £95 extra for the premium rush job service.


I wanted to order from landy but i just dont have the patience or the nerves for it.

Really? The shop i went to was pretty busy so i felt like they didn't want my custom... So i've just gone in blind with the landy thing :idea:
