I had a letter saying I could have my ppi money back, but this was 56 days ago and still not had it! what can I do? where do I stand?

    Must be a contact number on the letter? Give them a quick call first to see what's going on. :cool:

    I did a few weeks ago and got palmed off... :( them saying they don't know how long it will take, I was just wondering in what timescale did others receive theirs with lloydstsb

    A tough one I'm afraid. Try again tomorrow I guess. They must have some clue how long it will take to write a cheque! :D

    Sharpdeath I knew I would find you here "CAKE" in the name :rotfl::rotfl:;)

    Angelcake my hubby was successful although through the FOS via LLoyds Tsb credit card ppi in Oct-Nov and still waiting for his refund, however the FOS are chasing them up for him and I have on his behalf also wrote to the Chief Executive, pm (private message me if you require any details if you want to).

    Hope you receive your payout very soon though, fingers crossed.
    Oh and well done on your success.:beer:
