Royal Mail Simply Drop™ Service - Not paying me right amount

Hey, I'm Blake and new on the site
I have used Royal Mail Simply Drop to 'sell your gadgets', which are good.
So I could get up to £202 for 2 phones. The Blackberry Storm which I got £86. But the Nokia N96 which I could of got £116 but only recieved half of that (£58)
Now, I have tried to explain to them that I ensured both phones were working, fully charged and may only have some wear and tear on them.
They accepted the Blackberry Storm for £86 which I'm happy with.
The Nokia N96 only got £58 due to "damage to its screen, therefore we are unable to offer the full price you were quoted on the website."
In the email recieved a few hours after the call dated 22 February 2010 13:35:56:
Dear Mr Pender
Thank you for e-mailing Simply Drop™.
This update is to let you know the status of the item you have registered
with us.
The Nokia N96 we received from you had damage to its screen, therefore we are unable to offer the full price you were quoted on the website.
However following further investigation from our team I can now offer you
payment of £58 for the phone. This is a reduction of 50% on original price
we quoted you for a fully complete working device.
Please advise if you are willing to accept this new amount and I will
arrange for payment to be made to you.

Dear Mr B Pender,
Thank you for using Simply Drop™.
This update is just to let you know the status of the item(s) you have registered.
We have finished processing and approved payment, which you will receive shortly for the following devices:
Blackberry 9500 Storm \ Working \ £86.00
Nokia N96 \ Not Working \ £58.00
So despite me calling them up, and explaining that they were fully working, and no damage was on the screen, they are only paying up for half!
Is there any way I can appeal against this decision soon? It is very fustrating that this has occured.
Many Thanks,
Blake Pender
P.S Sorry if this is in the wrong area
